Contractors undergo thorough training from Able Academy, a trusted subsidiary of SC Asset, ensuring they have the right image, personality, and communication skills, with special staff assigned to ensure peace of mind.

The 'Home Expert' mission covers decoration, renovations, repairs, and maintenance, offering a 'Home Maintenance Program' package for one-time or annual services to check the health of homes, keeping them as good as new. This includes expert contractors with clear operational plans within specified timelines, akin to annual health check-ups or vehicle inspections. Regular checks can help identify problems early, allowing for proactive management before issues escalate, thus preventing unnecessary costs.
